P10~20940~ 2120 PEARL ST #213 ~ ASSAULT ~ COMPLAINANT, ALLEGES THAT SHE WAS OUTSIDE WALKING WHEN SHE ASKED A FEMALE NOT TO BE CURSING OUT LOUD. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT THE SUBJECT GRABBED HER AND ASSAULTED HER BY PULLING ON HER HAIR AND KICKING HER. COMPLAINANT RECEIVED VISIBLE INJURIES. THE COMPLAINANT WISHES TO FILE CHARGES, THE SUSPECT WAS IDENTIFIED.
P10~20920 ~2000 SOUTH ST ~ FAIL TO I.D. FUGITIVE. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS THEN PROVIDED OFFICERS WITH A FALSE NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH. THE SUSPECTS CORRECT I.D. WAS DISCOVERED AND HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE SEVERAL OUTSTANDING WARRANTS FOR HIS ARREST. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO THE COUNTY JAIL FOR DETENTION. GARCIA, IGNACIO ARRESTED
P10~20918 ~2430 SE STALLINGS ~ RECOVERED PROPERTY. AN UNKNOWN TRUCK PULLING A LARGE RED FARM EQUIPMENT TRAILER LOST THE EQUIPMENT WHEN THE HITCH ON HIS TRUCK BROKE. HE DROVE AWAY AND LEFT IT IN THE ROADWAY. IT WAS TOWED FROM THE SCENE.
P10~20907~ 3230 PEARL ST #30 ~ CREDIT CARD ABUSE. OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH COMPLAINANT WHO STATED THAT HE LEFT HIS WALLET ON TOP OF A GAS PUMP WHILE FUELING AND THEN DROVE OFF. WHEN HE RETURNED A SHORT TIME LATER THE WALLET AND ITS CONTENTS WERE GONE. CREDIT CARD COMPANY HAS ADVISED THAT NUMEROUS CHARGES HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTED ON THE VICTIMS CARDS.
P10~20931~ 3220 NORTH ST ~ ROBBERY ~ COMPLAINANT, ALLEGES THAT A KNOWN INDIVIDUAL ASSAULTED HIM CAUSING INJURIES. COMPLAINANT STATES THAT WHEN ON THE GROUND THE KNOWN SUSPECT REMOVED HIS CELL PHONE. THE CELL PHONE IS A NOKIA. COMPLAINANT REFUSED TO PROVIDE OFFICERS WITH ANY OTHER INFORMATION CONCERNING THE OFFENSE.
P10~20930~ 100 FIRST ST ~ POM ~ OFFICERS CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP AND FOUND THE PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE TO HAVE A WARRANT OF ARREST. A SEARCH INCIDENT TO ARREST REVEALED A SUBSTANCE BELIEVED TO BE MARIJUANA ON HIS PERSON. OFFICERS LOCATED 123 GRAMS OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA ON THEODORE NOBLES.
P10~20937~ 5000 N UNIVERSITY DR ~ DWI ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO THE SCENE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS FOUND THOMAS STEFAN ALLEN IN A STATE OF INTOXICATION. ALLEN REFUSED TO PERFORM SFST AND ALSO REFUSED TO SUBMIT A SPECIMEN. OFFICERS REQUESTED A BLOOD SEARCH WARRANT. ALLEN WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO MEMORIAL FOR THE BLOOD DRAW THEN TO NLEC FOR HOUSING.
P10~20939~ 1216 SOUTH ST ~ POM ~ OFFICERS CONTACTED A VEHICLE FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. UPON CONTACT, OFFICERS DETECTED AN ODOR OF BURNT MARIJUANA OMITTING FROM THE VEHICLE. A CONSENSUAL SEARCH OF THE VEHICLE REVEALED A USABLE AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA INSIDE THE CENTER CONSOLE THAT NONE OF THE OCCUPANTS WOULD CLAIM. MATTHEW CASTELLANO, EDGAR GONZALEZ, AND HERON ROMERO WERE ARRESTED BY POLICE.
P10~20944 ~ 3801 NORTH ST ~ DWI ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A REPORTED DISTURBANCE AT THE BOWLING ALLEY. UPON ARRIVAL, THE SUSPECTS HAD LEFT THE SCENE IN A MOTOR VEHICLE. OFFICERS LOCATED ONE OF THE ACTORS IN THE DISTURBANCE. AFTER SPEAKING WITH THE SUBJECT, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE DISTURBANCE WAS VERBAL ONLY. OFFICERS THEN INVESTIGATED AND ARRESTED THE SUBJECT ON DWI CHARGES. ARRESTED WAS LONNIE GENE WILLIAMS, JR.
