Let Your Voice Be Heard
Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and the Texas Railroad Commission are up for review and legislators need your input regarding how effective both agencies have been. The town hall meeting takes place Tuesday, November 30, 7 p.m. at the Nacogdoches Recreation Center. Several speakers will address, briefly, local environmental concerns and there will be a time for people to give statements. The town hall meeting is sponsored by Austin Heights Baptist Church, SFA Geography Club, Westminster Presbyterian Church, Alliance for a Clean Texas, Landowners Rights Alliance, Pineywoods Sierra Club, Pineywoods Audubon Society and Pineywoods Resource Conservation and Development Council
