NPD OFFICERS MAKE ARRESTS
Two suspects are in custody after NPD officers made felony drug arrests late Thursday afternoon.
Lisa Ann Moordigian, 41, of Nacogdoches, was stopped on a traffic stop in the 200 block of E. Austin Street, and found to be in possession of anabolic steroids. Moordigian was taken into custody and a search warrant was obtained for her residence on CR 250 in Appleby. There, officers located 373 grams of marijuana, 6.23 lbs of anabolic steroids, and ½ lb of various mixed medications.
Evidence from the search warrant led officers to Kevin Randolph Shannon, 44, also of CR 250, and he was subsequently arrested.
The investigation was conducted by the Nacogdoches Police Department, Department of Homeland Security and the United States Postal Inspectors.
