NOTICE OF MEETING
The Nacogdoches County Commissioners Court will convene in a REGULAR MEETING on the 9th day of
December, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Suite 170, on the 1st floor of the South Wing of
the Nacogdoches County Courthouse, 101 W. Main Street, Nacogdoches, Texas.
Call to Order
1. Public comment relating to items on the agenda.
2. Discuss and possibly take action concerning payment of invoices.
3. Discuss and possibly take action concerning blue forms.
4. Discuss and possibly take action concerning lease renewals with Pitney Bowes for four postage machines.
5. Discuss and possibly take action concerning approval of an internship agreement between Stephen F. Austin State University and the Nacogdoches County Attorney’s office and County Court at Law.
6. Discuss and possibly take action concerning declaring items within the Nacogdoches County Road &
Bridge department as salvage in capital assets and authorize disposition of said items.
7. Discuss and possibly take action concerning tax struck off property; Lot 78 located in the New World
Subdivision, Nacogdoches County, TX; more fully described in Volume 1605, Page 49, Official Public
Records, Nacogdoches County, Nacogdoches, TX. GEO (06-430-0000-078000).
8. Discuss and possibly take action concerning consideration of the County to enter into agreements as
follows:
• The Resource Group for an event at the Nacogdoches County Civic Center on December 10, 2014;
• Purefit Performance for an event at the Nacogdoches County Civic Center on April 11, 2015; and,
• Townsquare Media Lufkin for an event at the Nacogdoches County Civic Center on July 16-19, 2015.
9. Discuss and possibly take action authorizing the County Judge to execute TxDOT Form 1401 for the
purchase of surplus recycled asphalt/gravel mix.
