P10~19364 ~ 315 W COLLEGE ~ THEFT ~ OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT AT LOCAL BUSINESS WHO STATED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECTS LEFT PREMISES WITHOUT PAYING FOR MERCHANDISE. BACK PACK AND A SFA SWEATSHIRT
P10~19345 ~ 4703 EMERALD ST ~ BMV ~ COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT AN UNKNOWN SUBJECT BUSTED THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW OUT BY PRYING ON IT AND STOLE A SATELLITE RADIO.
P10~19032 ~ 726 LUCAS ST ~ THEFT ~ COMPLAINANT ADVISED THAT A KNOWN SUBJECT WAS WITNESSED BY HIS NEIGHBOR STEALING HIS LAWN MOWER WHILE HE WAS OUT OF TOWN.
P10~19358 ~ 400 WETTERMARK ~ P.O.M. ~ OFFICER CONTACTED A SUBJECT WHO JUST EXITED A PARKED VEHICLE. OFFICER DETECTED AN ODOR OF MARIJUANA EMITTING FROM THE VEHICLE. OFFICERS ASK THE SUBJECT IF HE WOULD REMOVE ALL THE ITEMS INSIDE HIS PANT POCKETS. SUBJECT REMOVED ALL ITEMS TO INCLUDE TO SMALL BAGS OF MARIJUANA. SUBJECT PLACED INTO CUSTODY AND TRANSPORTED TO THE NLEC FOR DETENTION. ARRESTED WAS BORING, COLIN
P10~19360~ 1316 WEST MAIN ST ~ ASSAULT/ CRIMINAL MISCHIEF ~ TWO UNKNOWN AND ONE KNOWN SUSPECT ASSAULTED THE COMP THEN DAMAGED HIS VEHICLE BY KICKING THE FENDERS.
P10~19382~ 1000 E MAIN ST ~ EVADING ARREST ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A FIGHT CALL ON EAST MAIN ST. UPON ARRIVAL, OFFICERS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT A SUBJECT LEAVING THE AREA AND HE FLED ON FOOT. OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO TAKE HIM INTO CUSTODY. THE SUSPECT (JUVENILE) WAS ARRESTED BY POLICE. AFTER TALKING WITH JUVENILE PROBATION, HE WAS RELEASED TO HIS MOTHER’S CUSTODY.
P10~19408~ 1605 NORTH ST ~ POM ~ OFFICERS CONTACTED A SUBJECT FOR A NOISE VIOLATION. DURING THE CONTACT, A VERY STRONG ODOR OF BURNT MARIJUANA WAS DETECTED. OFFICERS LOCATED A USABLE AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA. DARIUS THORN WAS ARRESTED BY POLICE.
P10~19384~ 225 E SPRADLEY#7 ~ BOH ~ COMPLAINANT, ALLEGES THAT RATROVIUS SIMON BROKE INTO HER RESIDENCE. COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT SHE IS MISSING SOME ITEMS OF JEWELRY. OFFICERS LOCATED THE SUSPECT AND WERE ABLE TO RECOVER THE MISSING JEWELRY FROM HIS PERSON. THE SUSPECT WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOR BOH, FAIL TO ID FUGITIVE, AND SEVERAL WARRANTS.
