The Nacogdoches Police Department is investigating the unauthorized use of a credit card. The suspect shown in the photographs used a card to make a purchase at a local retail store using a credit card that had been lost by the rightful owner. The suspect is a white or Hispanic male seen wearing a red Under Armour hat, a Boston Red Sox shirt with the number 28 and Gonzalez on the back and a brown pair of crocs shoes. The suspect is in the company of a white or Hispanic female and a small female child. The suspect leaves in a white four door truck.
