10-19262 312 West main st. -Indecency With a child- comp stated she picked up her 14 yo daughter from school Wednesday morning due to her being intoxicated. When she put her in the shower she noticed bruises on her. The daughter advised a 22 year old suspect picked her up at the bus stop and took her to his house. While there he gave her mixed drinks and they made out on his bed.
10-19267 3211 Pearl-BMV- comp’s window was broken out of her Honda civic. A Garmin GPS, Radar Detector and some school books.
10-19292-600 N University-Theft-comp dropped her phone and an unidentified subject found it. The subject now refuses to give the phone back.
10-19296-2004 South St-Forgery-the comp left his property including his check book with a family member while he was gone for an extended time. Upon return he discovered approx 13,000 missing from his checking account.
10-19251-3220 N Pecan #315-Assault-victim advised that during an argument a known suspect grabbed her by the throat then pushed her down causing her tooth to come out.
10-19316-3220 N Pecan St #315-Assault-victim advised that a known suspect followed her home and struck her several times in the face. victim did have bruises on her face.
10-19327-600 S Pecan St-Attempted Suicide-victim was upset because his girlfriend broke up with him. He had been drinking heavily then took an unknown amount of Midol pills. He was transported to memorial E.R.
10-19333-2600 Park St-BMV-comp left her vehicle on the side of the road while attending a party. Unknown subject threw a brick through the passenger side window then removed her purse. The purse contained $15.00 her D/L and a credit card.
10-19330-2800 Park St-BMV-comp advised that she parked her vehicle on the side of the road while attending a party. Unknown subject entered the vehicle and took numerous items belonging to comp and a passenger. Items included Coach Purses, Garmin GPS, phones, D/L and credit cards.
10-19339-3114 Durst St-Assault-victim advised that he was assaulted by his brother. The two got into a verbal argument and suspect struck victim with his fist in the face.
