INFORMATION FROM 0600 10.25.10 to 0600 10.26.2010
DWI-POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA-DWLI; 2000 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. OFFICERS RECEIVED A CALL OF A SUSPECT PASSED OUT IN A DRIVE THRU. OFFICERS CONTACTED THE SUSPECT WHO THEY SUSPECTED OF BEING INTOXICATED. HE WAS ARRESTED AND FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA AND HIS LICENSE WERE SUSPENDED.
CREDIT CARD ABUSE; 1400 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. COMPLAINANT APPARENTLY LOST A CREDIT CARD WHILE IN A STORE. THE CREDIT CARD REPORTEDLY WAS USED AT TWO BUSINESSES WITHOUT PERMISSION.
ASSAULT; 4900 BLOCK OF NE STALLINGS DRIVE. EMPLOYEES ON A CONSTRUCTION SITE BECAME INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT. ONE EMPLOYEE ALLEGEDLY PUNCHED ANOTHER DURING THE DISAGREEMENT. NO SERIOUS INJURY, THE SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 2200 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. AN EMPLOYEE OF A COIN LAUNDRY REPORTED DAMAGE TO A COIN OPERATED MACHINE THAT WAS DONE BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT.
DWI; 3200 BLOCK OF NW STALLINGS DRIVE. OFFICER CONTACTED A SUSPECT AFTER A VEHICLE HAD RAN OFF THE ROADWAY. THE DRIVER WAS SUSPECTED OF BEING INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE-ASSAULT-CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 1600 BLOCK OF MARTINSVILLE. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A KNOWN SUSPECT HAD SCRATCHED HIS VEHICLE WITH A SHARP OBJECT. THE SUSPECT THEN ENTERED THE UNLOCKED VEHICLE AND REMOVED PROPERTY. THE COMPLAINANT THEN APPROACHED THE SUSPECT AND WAS ASSAULTED. NO SERIOUS INJURY; THE SUSPECT FLED THE SCENE AND A WARRANT IS REQUESTED.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. A CONVERTIBLE VEHICLE HAD THE TOP CUT BY AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE; 3200 BLOCK OF PEARL. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT AN UNSECURED VEHICLE WAS ENTERED AND SEVERAL ITEMS TAKEN.
CRIMINAL MISCHIEF; 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. UNKNOWN PERSONS CUT THE SOFT TOP ON A PARKED JEEP WRANGLER.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE; 2800 BLOCK OF PEARL STREET. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A VEHICLE WAS FORCIBLY ENTERED AND IDENTIFYING INFORMATION WAS TAKEN.
CRIMINAL TRESPASS; 1200 BLOCK OF CROSS STREET. A KNOWN SUSPECT CAME ONTO PROPERTY WHERE HE HAD BEEN GIVEN A PREVIOUS CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING. A WARRANT HAS BEEN REQUESTED.
FORGERY; 200 BLOCK OF EAST MAIN. AN UNKNOWN SUSPECT TOOK A BLANK CHECK AND SIGNED COMPLAINANT’S NAME TO IT AND CASHED IT.
BURGLARY OF A VEHICLE; 1600 BLOCK OF CARDINAL. UNKNOWN SUSPECTS ENTERED AN UNSECURED VEHICLE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
