PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 10.21.10 to 0600 10.22.2010

     THEFT FROM A PERSON; 1100 BLOCK OF SE STALLINGS DRIVE. A MALE SUSPECT GRABBED MONEY FROM THE HANDS OF A CASHIER WHILE MAKING CHANGE. TOTAL LOSS $80.00.

     BURGLARY OF A HABITATION; 100 BLOCK OF OLD LINE DRIVE. COMPLAINANT REPORTED THAT A PS3 AND A GLOCK PISTOL WERE MISSING FROM HIS RESIDENCE. COMPLAINANT SELDOM OCCUPIES THE RESIDENCE AND IT IS UNKNOWN WHEN THE THEFT OCCURRED.

     BURGLARY OF A HABITATION; 2200 BLOCK OF SOUTH FREDONIA. A KNOWN SUSPECT WALKED INTO THE BACK DOOR OF A RESIDENCE WITHOUT INVITATION. THE FEMALE SUSPECT BEGAN TO ASSAULT THE MALE AND FEMALE VICTIMS THERE. THE SUSPECT THEN LEFT. WARRANT REQUESTED.

     POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA; 600 BLOCK OF FIRST STREET. OFFICERS CONTACTED A MALE SUSPECT IN THE 600 BLOCK OF FIRST. INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE SUSPECT WAS IN POSSESSION OF SUSPECTED MARIJUANA. HE WAS ARRESTED.

     THEFT; 900 BLOCK OF WEST MAIN. A KNOWN SUSPECT STOLE A 30 PACK OF BEER FROM A STORE. WARRANT REQUESTED.

     HARASSMENT; 100 BLOCK OF WELDON DRIVE. A KNOWN SUSPECT THREATENED TO ASSAULT THE COMPLAINANT DURING A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION.

     BURGLARY OF A COIN OPERATED MACHINE; 1200 BLOCK OF MLK. A VACUUM MACHINE WAS ENTERED BY FORCE AND A SMALL AMOUNT OF CASH TAKEN.

     THEFT-CRIMINAL TRESPASS; 4800 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. A KNOWN SUSPECT WHO HAD BEEN GIVEN A PREVIOUS CRIMINAL TRESPASS WARNING FROM A STORE WAS OBSERVED TAKING ITEMS FROM THE STORE. THE SUSPECT TOOK OFF RUNNING WHAN APPROACHED. WARRANT REQUEST.

     ASSAULT; 4700 BLOCK OF OLD LUFKIN ROAD. A KNOWN SUSPECT STRUCK THE FEMALE COMPLAINANT IN THE FACE DURING A DISTURBANCE. NO SERIOUS INJURY; WARRANT REQUESTED.
