P13-10902- The female suspect was contacted by officers running down the road dressed in a t-shirt and underwear. Officers contacted the female, who appeared to be intoxicated. Officers transported her back to her residence on Pearl Street and located a white male infant (under the age of 2) in the residence alone. This was the female’s son. While in the residence, officers located suspected marijuana. The female was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and abandoning/endangering a child. The infant was placed in the custody of child protective services. Lesley Eckenfels was arrested.
