In re- P13-09986-Injury to the Elderly- A 72 year old man was assaulted by two individuals during a disturbance. The victim sustained a cut to the head area after being pushed to the ground. One of the suspects was on the scene and was arrested. Cecil Davis was arrested. A warrant has been requested for the other suspect involved.
P13-10001- The suspect threw a small quantity of marijuana on the roof of the building. Officers were unable to locate the evidence. The suspect was charged with tampering with evidence.
