City Employees recently recognized

Three employees of the City of Nacogdoches Water Utilities Department were recently recognized for their contributions to the Water Utilities Industry, the Environment, and Public Health by the Texas Water Utilities Association at the Association’s East Texas Regional School in Tyler.

“We continue to be proud of all of our city employees and their accomplishments across the State,” said City Manager Jim Jeffers. “Our water utilities employees work tirelessly so that our residents can enjoy life’s necessities; it is an honor to see them recognized for their efforts at this level.”
Corbitt Baker, Water Utilities Supervisor, received Regional awards for Exemplary Service- Leadership and for Distinguished Service to the TWUA. Ronnie Finch, Electrician for the Water Utilities Department, received the Regional level Outstanding Professional Award. Jill Bolin, Environmental Lab Manager, received the State level award for Exemplary Service in Education and Training.
