The Nacogdoches Police have made an arrest in an ongoing investigation.
Bradley Allen Fontenot, age 33 of Nacogdoches, turned himself in to police at approximately 3:30 yesterday afternoon on warrants for possession of a controlled substance. He has been charged with possession of cocaine hydrochloride, crack cocaine and GHB (commonly known as the date rape drug).
This arrest stems from an ongoing investigation of a poly drug distribution network operating mainly within residential neighborhoods.
This investigation is being conducted by the NPD Street Crimes Unit, NPD CID and other law enforcement agencies. The investigation is still active and ongoing, and more arrests are expected.
He is only like 32. Major difference between mugshot and statefarm picture. I saw Fontenote-Rodriguez sign now only says “Rodriguez”

Why is it that this Brad, is allowed the oppertunity to “turn himself in”? If it were me, I’d have been arrested on the spot. I would have not been allowed the oppertunity to get my affairs in order before my arrest. I would not have been able to avoid the handcuffs! Reallly? His wife, obvisously,was given the time to separate their business, get all the paperwork filed before he “turned himself in”, must be nice being a little more above the law than the rest of us, because how did Brad know that he had a warrant and he needed to “turn himself in”? Courtsey phone call? Remember, DATE RAPE DRUG………..really?
