THE NACOGDOCHES HISTORIC LANDMARK PRESERVATION COMMITTEE WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON Tuesday, April 10, 2012 AT 5:15 P.M. IN THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, AT 202 EAST PILAR STREET TO CONSIDER:
1. Call to Order.
2. Approval of Minutes: February 6, 2012 and March 5, 2012 Regular Sessions
3. Items to be removed from Consent Agenda
4. CONSENT AGENDA: Items included under the consent agenda require little or no deliberation by the HLPC. Approval of the Consent Agenda authorizes the Historic Preservation Officer to proceed with conclusion of each in accordance with staff recommendations as reflected in the minutes of this meeting.
A. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to paint the exterior of the property located at 210 S Lanana St. This request was made by Francis Abernathy. COA 2012-005
B. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to reroof, add flashing and supports for the rafters on the property located at 418 Lanana St. This request was made by Montress Brown. COA 2012-007
C. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to repair the roof on the property located at 316 N Church St. This request was made by Michael and Kim Darby. COA 2012-008
D. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to repair skylight and roof on the property located at 323 E Main St. This request was made by David Darby. COA 2012-009
5. Consider a Certificate of Appropriateness to paint the exterior of the structure, repair and replace rotten wood as needed, and to repair and replace sections of the roof on the property located at 507 E Hospital St. This request was made by Russell Smith. COA 2012-006
6. Consider the requests for Historic Restoration Grant funding:

8. Consider request for a 60-day extension of Historic Restoration Grant until July 12, 2012 for the property at 730 N Mound St. This request was made by Caroline Garner. HRG 2011-002
