2. Approval of Minutes: December, 5, 2011 Regular Session
3. Public Hearing: Consider request for removal of Historic Overlay Zoning for the property located at 407 King Street. This request was made by Brad and Ruby Woodard. HO 2012-001
4. Public Hearing: Consider request for demolition of a secondary structure located at 730 North Mound Street. This request was made by Stephen and Caroline Garner. DEMO 2012-001
5. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness to install tan metal flashing on the north and south parapet walls on the property located at 118 N Church St. COA 2012-001
6. Consider Certificate of Appropriateness to install a covered bus shelter in the parking lot behind City Hall located at 202 E. Pillar St. COA 2012-002
7. Consider requirements for installation of window tint/solar film for commercial and residential properties within a Historic Overlay Zone.
