Mr. Hal Morgan Payne, age 84, of Nacogdoches, Texas, passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011.
Mr. Payne was born Sept. 24, 1927.
He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Payne of Nacogdoches.
