Please spread the word about the upcoming Straw Poll event! We need to have a BIG turnout and give people a chance to participate. This will also show how the active voters are leaning in each of the races below.
Candidates that will be voted on will have to have previously publically announced that they are definitely running for an office below and have been actively campaigning for that office.
PLEASE read on below – We need TWO things to make this a success and I will address these two things below.

Support your candidate for President, Senator, and State Representative by coming and voting! This will be a fun evening for everyone – a favorite event!
Things we need:
1. I need someone to speak on behalf of their candidate or the candidate can speak for themselves if they are available. 3 Minutes. No debate. Only background and biographical information will be allowed. I will need you to call me by 1:00pm Monday, Nov. 21st. Call me, Jackie Yates, at 462-3175.
2. We will need FOOD! Please bring a covered dish of your choice and/or desert. If you are bring food, please reply that you are so I can get an idea of how much we will have.
This should be a fun and informative event! AGAIN – Please spread the word!
