Walter Fabrice LeBoulanger, 28, was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He entered this life on July 4, 1983, in Ft. Lewis, Washington, to parents Walter F. LeBoulanger and Mary Elizabeth Shepherd LeBoulanger. He was the second of six children and was a loving son, brother and uncle. Walter earned the distinguished Eagle Scout Award from the Boy Scouts of American and served on staff at Camp Pirtle. He also was a member of the Aggie Con Staff and the Cepheid Variable organization. He received his Associates Degree in Cisco Systems from Blinn College in Bryan, Texas. Walter loved camping, wearing flip flops, and he loved to laugh. He enjoyed going to amusement parks and eating ice cream with chocolate chip cookies. Walter loved to cuddle and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his parents, Walter F. LeBoulanger and Mary Elizabeth Shepherd LeBoulanger; siblings, Jennifer Elaine Hervey, William Jared Shepherd, Rebecca Lynn LeBoulanger, Amanda D’Ann LeBoulanger, and Kaitlin Marie Wait; nieces and nephews, Sarah Elaina Cruz, Marcus Alan Hervey, Maria Elizabeth Villilva, and Tristan Edward Shepherd; grandmothers, Ruth Shepherd and Jewell Thomson; and numerous other family members and friends.
A funeral service will take place on Monday, October 31, 2011, at 2:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, located at 3307 Center Road in Nacogdoches, Texas, with Bishop James Nicholas conducting.
Friends are invited to a visitation on Sunday, October 30, 2011, from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Cason Monk-Metcalf Funeral Directors located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches.
Pallbearers will be William Jared Shepherd, Marshall Alan Hervey, Ryan Sanders, Alan Castillo, Michael Winter, Christopher Binder, and Bruce Somich.
Honorary pallbearers will be Zachary Winter, Thomas Risk, Daniel Windham, Jeffrey Lee Southern, and Corey Clevenger.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in memory of Walter LeBoulanger to the Boy Scouts of America, Campership Fund, 1331 E 5th Street, Tyler, Texas 75701.
