A memorial service for Mrs. Carol Ann Lewis, 66, of Mesquite, Texas will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Lewis was born on May 15, 1945, in Miami, Florida to Lloyd William and Dorothy Jean Nevers Streckline. She passed away peacefully in Dallas, Texas on August 30, 2011.
