Due to utility construction, Pearl Street will be closed between Lewis Street and Starr Avenue beginning Wednesday morning, 8-3-2011 through Saturday, 8-6-2011.
Pearl Street will be restricted to residents between Powers Street to Lewis. Northbound traffic should detour at Powers Street, and southbound traffic should use any of the side streets north of the Starr Avenue intersection.
Motorists should avoid this area if possible. Extreme caution should be used in the area, as traffic could be congested.
