Billye Joyce Wood
Memorial services for Billye Joyce Wood, 86, of Nacogdoches, Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday July 2, 2011, at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 903 North Street in Nacogdoches, with Pastor Steve Newton officiating.
Billye was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who is survived by her husband, Joe Edward Wood Jr. of Nacogdoches; brother Jimmy Rankin of San Antonio; five children, John Hendry of San Antonio, Bruce Hendry and wife, Sandie, of Nacogdoches, Milton Wood and wife, Kim, of San Antonio, Elizabeth Cabaniss and fiance, Richard, of San Antonio, and Richard Wood and wife, Debra, of San Antonio; grandchildren, Brandon Hendry and wife, Suzie, of Humble, Michelle Bowman and husband, Tony, of Schertz, Ryan Hendry, Mason Hendry and wife, Corral, of Nacogdoches, Aaron Cabaniss and fiance, Jamie, of Nacogdoches, Justin Wood of San Antonio and Zoe Bree Riddles of San Antonio; great-grandchildren, Josh Yates, Carolyn Bowman, Merideth Hendry, John Hendry, Lauren Hendry, Thomas Hendry and Jarred Hendry; and all of her wonderful friends with the Newcomers Club of Nacogdoches.
Per the family’s request, donations should be made to the Music Department at Westminster Presbyterian Church 903 North Street, Nacogdoches, Texas, 75961.
