Funeral service for Mr. Daniel William White, 53, of Lufkin, Texas will be held on Monday, June 27, 2011, at 10:00 am at Laird Funeral Home. Burial will be at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Mr. White was born on January 29, 1958, in Longview, Texas to the late William and Helen Whaley White. He passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2011, in Lufkin, Texas.
Daniel enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and anything associated with being outdoors. He loved his family and it made him happy to spend his time with them. He was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys and NASCAR.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Donna Overall White; two sons, Daniel William White, Jr, and wife, Kimberly Ann and Cory Wayne White; three grandchildren, Kourtnee Snow White, Daniel Cory White and Chezni Breann White; brother, David White; sisters, Tina shelby, Mary Zahn and Linda Garcia; and numerous other extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Clyde Wayne White and a sister, Lucy Ann Hunter.
Pallbearers will be Daniel White, Cory White, Leslie Mars, Bruce Zahn, Jason Hunter and Ricky McCartney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2011, from 2-4 pm at Laird Funeral Home.
