On 5-5-2011 an Officer observed a suspicious vehicle in lot 44. The Officer made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and located a subject in possession of drug paraphernalia. There is one suspect.
On 5-4-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a drug complaint. Upon arrival the Officer located a subject in possession of marihuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 5-4-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Credit Card Abuse. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-12-2011 her debit card was stolen from her unattended purse at Griffith Hall. The complainant stated that her debit card was used without her permission. There are no suspects.
On 5-4-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer discovered that unknown persons had broken several bricks from a sitting bench behind Kerr Hall. There are no suspects.
