On 4-30-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Lot 46 in reference to a Disturbance. Upon arrival the Officer discovered that numerous subjects had been involved in a physical altercation. Two subjects were issued criminal trespass warnings and one subject was arrested for Assault and Resisting Arrest or Transport. The subject was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. There is one suspect.
On 4-30-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-30-2011 his laptop was stolen from his unsecured residence at Hall 16. There are two possible suspects.
On 4-30-2011 an Officer observed two suspicious subjects in the 200 block of Carolyn St. The Officer discovered that one of the subjects was a minor that had been consuming alcohol. The subject was issued a citation, the other subject was released. There are two suspects.
On 4-30-2011 an Officer observed a suspicious vehicle in the Lumberjack Village Parking Garage. The Officer made contact with a subject inside the vehicle, who the Officer discovered was in possession of marihuana. There is one suspect.
On 4-30-2011 an Officer was contacted by Event Staff at the Spring Fest in reference to a subject being in a restricted area and being belligerent towards staff. The subject was found to be intoxicated to a point of being a danger to himself and others. The subject was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 4-29-2011 an Officer was contacted in the 2000 block of Wilson Dr. by a complainant in reference to Assault. The complainant stated on 4-29-2011 he was struck by numerous items thrown from a truck that had passed him twice. The Officer located the suspect vehicle and issued three subjects citations for Simple Assault. There are three suspects.
On 4-29-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the Intramural Field in reference to Assault. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with a parent who advised on 4-29-2011 his juvenile son had been assaulted by a known juvenile subject at the Intramural Fields. There is one suspect.
On 4-29-2011 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Harassment. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised that she is being harassed by her roommate and five other subjects. There are six suspects.
