On 4-19-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Library in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 4-18-2011 and 4-19-2011 an unknown person wrote on a desk with a marker at Steen Library. There are no suspects.
On 4-19-2011 an Officer observed a suspicious vehicle in lot 20. The Officer made contact with two subjects inside the vehicle who were discovered to be minors that had been consuming alcohol, were in possession of drug paraphernalia, and in possession of alcoholic beverages. There are two suspects.
On 4-18-2011 an Officer made contact with a complainant in the lobby of UPD in reference to Disorderly Conduct. The complainant stated on 4-18-2011 she was offended by a known subject’s language near the Business Building. There is one suspect.
