According to NPD reports:
The 2 vehicle wreck occurred around 3:15p.m., Monday when a 2007 Mazda driven by Ellen Hutchinson, 20, of League City, was southbound on North Street and attempted an unprotected left turn onto Starr Avenue. She collided with a 2007 Dodge driven by Tranicia Ballard, 23, of Nacogdoches. Ballard was taken to a hospital with non life threatening injuries.
