  1. truth says:

“All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” (Edmund Burke) If you knew this person, he “seems like a decent person” why not be courageous and seek the truth instead of act as judge and jury like this seemingly rouge officer in this case as officially documented and stated by the late US District Judge John Hannah, Jr. referred to as “not truthful” and rendered a verdict that he illegally stopped individuals.

Just saying, hope you would give a “decent” person a bit more love and if it is a friend then boy I hope you find courage to stand by even when things look tough. We need more people like you to talk but to make a difference not be the norm for what seems to be the norm in this faceless platform allowing weakness in or absolute lack of character to have a voice- stand up demand the truth and demand justice who knows this could be you one day but not knowing you I still hope not all the best- stand up! Make a difference.

Darkins was, is and always will be a scam artist. He hides behind the fact he played in the NFL, but every business he’s been involved in failed and every person he know’s he owes. He has hurt a lot of people who had faith that he’d make them money and then he disappears. Well somebody finally caught up with him.

    • Anon says:

I’m doing an investigation in to Darkins. I’d love to know what you allude to in your post. Is there a way for us to connect off this board?

  3. Nacogdoches is through says:

Go to Yahoo! and search his name. Whether it was illegal or not, Nacogdoches TX is about to give that money back and some for harrassment. This dude has bread. He is in charge of a 500,000,000 million dollar company.

  4. Really???? says:

It appears that the arresting officer was Officer Steven Godfrey. He is the same Officer that the late US District Judge John Hannah, Jr. referred to as “not truthful” and rendered a verdict that he illegally stopped individuals. I am really interested to hear what was the probable cause. Did they find drugs in the car? and since when is it illegal to have money in this country? Sounds like Obama’s “redistribution of wealth” philosophy is in full effect in Nacogdoches.

I agree with US District Judge John Hannah, Jr. Where can I find record of this court hearing you speak of? Any information would help.

Check yes, charging them with a felony no. If you google their names they seem to own a big business and Darkins played for the Packers. Not very surprising that they would have money.

If Donald Trump was stopped with $59,000, I’d find it strange. That much money just doesn’t travel like that. It was was legal, it’d be in one of those armored trucks we mentioned earlier.

There’s a reason that two guys had a carload of cash, and I’d bet it wasn’t because they were just between banks.

  6. Come on! says:

“OFFICERS UNCOVERED SUFFICIENT PROBABLE CAUSE TO INDICATE THE MONEY WAS PROCEEDS OF CRIMINAL ACTIVITY” Let me guess white guy with black guy with money must mean criminal activity.

NO!!! having right at 60,000 dollars of bulk currency is what might give most people a hint

      • Come on! says:

Your ignorant of the law. A U.S. citizen is allowed to carry as much U.S. currency as they can carry in the U.S. If it was illegal then armored trucks would not be around.

        • Bob says:

Police find that much cash from a couple of guys and you gotta agree though that it is worth checking, right? And that’s black, white, yellow, purple, red, or green people.

        • Anonymous says:

lol read again, felony to carry 10,000 cash unless declared

          • Anonymous says:

Read again, only if you travel out of the country. How do you declare cash driving down the road, put a sign on the side of your car?
