On 5-30-2011 an Officer observed a vehicle parked in the intersection of West Austin St. and Old Tyler Rd. The Officer made contact with the driver who the Officer discovered to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
