On 8-28-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to Burglary of a Habitation. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with two complainants, who advised on 8-28-2011 money was stolen from their unsecure residence at Kerr Hall. There are no suspects.
On 8-28-2011 an Officer was dispatched to University Woods Apartments in reference to Burglary of a Motor Vehicle. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 8-27-2011 and 8-28-2011 his stereo and gloves were stolen from his unsecure vehicle at University Woods Apartments. There are no suspects.
On 8-28-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Kerr Hall in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival the Officer located the subject and discovered him to be intoxicated and in possession of marihuana. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 8-27-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Homer Bryce Stadium in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 8-26-2011 and 8-27-2011 several soft drinks were stolen from a secure cooler at Homer Bryce Stadium. There are no suspects.
On 8-27-2011 an Officer was dispatched to Lumberjack Landing in reference to Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Office r made contact with the complainant, who advised on 8-27-2011 an unknown subject(s) wrote on a pillar with a marker at Lumberjack Landing. There are no suspects.
On 8-27-2011 an Officer located a subject asleep in a vehicle in lot 41. The Officer discovered that the subject was intoxicated. The subject was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 8-27-2011 an Officer observed a suspicious person in the 300 block of Starr Avenue. The Officer made contact with the subject and discovered the subject to be a minor and to have been consuming alcohol. The Officer issued the subject a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. There is one suspect.
On 8-27-2011 an Officer was issuing a vehicle a parking citation in Lot 42 East, when the owner of the vehicle arrived. The Officer discovered the owner of the vehicle to have been consuming alcohol and a minor. The Officer issued the subject a citation for Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. There is one suspect.
