Thursday May 3, 2012 – Friday May 4, 2012

On 05-03-2012, an officer was dispatched to Baker Pattillo Student Center in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the officer made contact with the complainant who stated that a male suspect had taken items from the Student Center Convenience Store without paying for them. The complainant did make contact with the suspect and the items were returned to the store. There is one suspect.

Wednesday May 2, 2012 – Thursday May 3, 2012

On 5-3-2012 an Officer made contact with two suspicious males at the Intramural fields. The Officer located what the Officer believed to be a marihuana cigarette on the ground near one of the subjects. There is one suspect.

On 5-2-2012 an Officer recognized a person that the Officer knew had been previously barred from SFA’s campus at Lumberjack Village. The subject was arrested for Criminal Trespass and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 5-2-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Parking and Traffic Office in reference to Identity Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised between 5-1-2012 and 5-2-2012 a subject attempted to use her personal information to open an account online. There is one suspect.

Tuesday May 1, 2012 – Wednesday May 2, 2012

On 05/02/2012 an officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to a sexual assault. The victim stated that he had been romantically involved with another male and on 04/16/2012 while in a residence at Hall 20 the suspect had unwanted sexual intercourse with the victim. Further investigation is pending by the University Police Department. There is one suspect.

On 05/02/12 an officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to a sexual assault. The victim stated that she had been romantically involved with a male and on 02/29/2012 while in a residence at Hall 20, the suspect had unwanted sexual contact with the victim. Further investigation is pending by the University Police Department. There is one suspect.

On 05/01/2012 an Officer was dispatched to the UPD Lobby in reference to a Theft. The complainant stated that his bicycle had been stolen from behind Griffith Hall on 4/27/2012. There are no suspects.

On 05/01/2012 an officer was dispatched to Lot 44 to remove a wheel lock from an impounded vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer found that the wheel lock placed on the vehicle had been damaged. There is one suspect.

On 05/01/2012 an officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to a Theft. The victim stated that her cellular phone was taken from her unlocked residence between 10:25pm and 10:32pm on 05/01/2012. There is one suspect.

On 4-29-2012 an Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for disregarding a traffic control device on East College St. The Officer discovered the driver to be intoxicated. The subject was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 4-28-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Lot 29 in reference to a Hit and Run. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-28-2012 his unattended vehicle was damaged in Lot 29. There are no suspects.

On 4-28-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on an unknown date several ceiling tiles were damaged at Hall 14. There are no suspects.

On 4-28-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on an unknown date ceiling tiles and an electronic lighting sensor were damaged at Hall 16. There are no suspects.

On 4-28-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Steen Hall in reference to an injured person. Upon arrival the Officer discovered that the subject had damaged a fire extinguisher housing unit on the 10th floor in the East tower of Steen Hall. There is one suspect.

On 4-27-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 14 in reference to alcohol in a residence. Upon arrival the Officer located two minors in possession of alcohol. There are two suspects.

On 4-27-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Parking and Traffic Officer in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-25-2012 her unattended guitar was stolen at the Music Building. There is one suspect.
