IN RE: P12-18381- Sexual Assault. A female reported going home after partying for several hours. She reported that she awoke and an unknown male suspect was having sex with her. She demanded the suspect stop and he did. The suspect left the residence, and no description is available. The victim does not wish to file charges.

Marriages
Jean W. Tanner, 92, formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas passed away on October 9, 2012 in Garrison, Texas. She was born in Texarkana on July 9, 1920. She is survived by sons, Jim Wilson and wife Ann and John Wilson; daughter, Judy Wilson; many grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted by David Alders at the Sunset Mausoleum Memorial Park on Sunday, October 14, at 6:00 pm. The United States Army will render military rites.
Guests are invited to visit with the family from 4-5:30 pm at Cason Monk- Metcalf Funeral Directors located at 5400 North Street in Nacogdoches, Texas on Sunday before the service. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Cason Monk- Metcalf Funeral Directors.
