The Nacogdoches County Sheriff Office has arrested a husband and wife from Etoile Texas after find methamphetamine at their residence along with a stolen motorcycle. Sheriff Jason Bridges stated that sheriff investigators have received information that both subjects had been distributing methamphetamine from their residence on lakeside drive in Etoile, Texas.
Sheriff Investigators arrived at the residence Thursday afternoon and received consent to search the property. Sheriff Bridges stated that investigators had already obtained sufficient evidence that narcotics activity was occurring at the residence. Investigators conducted a search of the residence and property. Inside the residence Investigators located 3 grams of crystal methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia.
A search of the outside of the residence lead to the discovery of a stolen Harley Davidson motorcycle that was parked behind the residence. The motorcycle had been reported stolen out of Liberty County.
Donna Doss 44 years of age and Billy Doss 45 years of age were both arrested for possession of controlled substance a 3rd felony and Possession of stolen property a state jail felony. Both subjects were booked in the Nacogdoches County Jail.
