From the DPS report
Jesus Lopez Jr, 51, of Nacogdoches was killed Monday morning when his 99 Honda Motorcycle struck a vehicle on Highway 7.
Lopez was westbound on Hwy 7 as a 2005 Chevrolet Impala driven by Emery Fields of Shreveport was eastbound and attempting to make a left turn onto FM 2112.
Lopez died at the scene.
The speed limit was 65 and Lopez was wearing his helmet at the time of the crash.
