A fourth individual has been arrested and charged in the capital murder of Joey Gipson.
Jamal Denard Brown, age 27 of Houston was arrested by Houston police on a Nacogdoches warrant for capital murder. He was transported back to Nacogdoches yesterday.
Joey Gipson was shot and killed at his residence in Nacogdoches on January 9, 2017.
The case is still active and under investigation.
