Who: Nacogdoches Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol

What: Ceremony to honor veterans and remember their sacrifices

When: December 15th, 2012 — 2:00 p.m.

Where: Sunset Cemetery, Nacogdoches, TX

The Nacogdoches Composite Squadron, Civil Air Patrol will be holding a ceremony at Sunset Cemetery, Nacogdoches to remember and honor our veterans. This ceremony is part of a larger nation-wide event held in conjunction with Wreaths Across America, whose mission is to remember and honor our veterans and teach others about their service and sacrifices.

The highlight of the ceremony will be the placing of wreaths to honor each branch of the service as well as the Merchant Marine and POWs/MIAs.

Following the ceremony, holiday wreaths will also be placed on veterans’ graves in Sunset Cemetery by Civil Air Patrol cadets.
