A search of the motor vehicle was conducted by Deputy Allen, and Deputy Murray due to smelling marijuana. While searching the vehicle deputies noticed fresh tool marks around the back quarter panels. After removing the panels, Deputies found 12 bundles of marijuana concealed in both the passenger and driver side quarter panels of the vehicle.
The driver has been identified as Hosie Lee Williams, 23 years of age from Pontotoc, Mississippi. He was arrested for Possession of Marijuana a 3rd Felony and booked into the Nacogdoches County Jail. The marijuana is valued at $27,000 dollars.
Legalize it like other states then the cops can fight the real crime
Marihuana is just another crutch. Like alcohol, Xanax, etc…People just can’t deal with life’s problems without their crutch. Every long time marihuana user I know has other emotional problems and deals with anxiety issues. I dont know what the answer is, but I’m pretty sure it’s not being able to buy it at the convenience store.
Seems like the only people who cry “legalize it” are the ones who waste their time using it. And if you smoke weed , you more than likely do harder drugs too. Whatcha gonna do?… cry to legalize them too?? Just be a responsible law abiding citizen and quit the crap! Grow up people!
I use it to treat my glaucoma. Too bad I can only use it legally when I visit other states such as CO and CA
