The Nacogdoches County Constable Office Precinct 4 has arrested a Nacogdoches Man for felony theft after he was caught in the act of stealing a generator. The passenger door was open to the vehicle and Bridges could observe a subject attempting to load something in the passenger seat.

When faced with the all evidence, the suspect gave a confession that he was in the act of stealing the generator.

Thomas Dison, 31 years of age from Nacogdoches, Texas was arrested and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail for Theft- State Jail Felony. Constable Bridges stated that the property was returned to the rightful owner. We are hoping this investigation will help clear up some of those thefts.
