Kay Jeffrey’s “Water in the Rocks” won Best in Show in the 2011 Nacogdoches Photographic Association’s “19th Annual Juried Gallery Show.” The league’s 2012 show will open at 5 p.m. Friday, July 6, at The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House.
