This is a complete list of reports responded to by the Nacogdoches Police Department
In reference to P11-18293- Burglary- Officers were called to a gunshot heard call. It was determined that the suspect had been involved in a disturbance at the residence. The suspect left and returned with a handgun, which he discharged into the ground in the yard. The suspect then forced his way into the residence without permission. Officers were able to arrest the suspect at the scene. Arrested was Adam Tyvon Shepherd, age 18, of Nacogdoches.
