A natural childbirth class series begins here in Nacogdoches on April 21st for those due this summer. This 9 week series in the Bradley Method focuses on natural pain relief, avoidance of common interventions, partner involvement, and self advocacy. Appropriate for hospital, home, and birth center births. Classes are held on Thursdays from 7-9:30pm.
