Disorderly Conduct M-B
On the 5th of July 2019 around 0735 hrs Officers with the Nacogdoches Police Department responded to South Street @ Seale in reference to a man waving a pistol in the air. While Officers were responding to the call more citizens were calling 911 in regards to this individual. Officers arrived quickly and found a known subject standing on the corner waving a black pistol in the air. Officers gave verbal commands to the subject to drop the pistol. The suspect immediately complied and was quickly taken into custody. The pistol once picked up off the ground was found to be a fake plastic replica of a military type pistol. The suspect 54 y.o. Bobbie Cartwright was arrested for Disorderly Conduct M-B due to him displaying a firearm in a public place in a manner calculated to alarm.
