February 6: NPD Crime Report, Wii would rather you didn’t

     P11-01879 ~ 3000 LILES ~ ASSAULT (FV) ~ AN OFFICER WAS APPROACHED IN THE 2800 BLK OF SOUTH ST BY A VICTIM REGARDING AN ASSAULT. SHE ADVISED THAT SHE GOT UPSET WITH HER BOYFRIEND, AND POURED PART OF A BEER ON HIM AFTER HE THREW DOWN A WII REMOTE. HE THEN PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED HER BY PUNCHING HER AND THROWING HER AROUND THE ROOM. VICTIM DID SUSTAIN MINOR INJURIES AND SUSPECT HAD ALREADY LEFT THE RESIDENCE.

     

     P11-01848 ~ 4200 NORTH ST. ~ FAIL TO I.D ~ ON 020511 THE DRIVER OF A VEHICLE STOPPED FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION PROVIDED A FALSE NAME AND DOB. HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE TWO OUTSTANDING WARRANTS AND WAS ARRESTED. THE PASSENGER ALSO PROVIDED A FALSE NAME AND HAD A WARRANT. HE WAS ALSO ARRESTED. ARRESTED NAHUATLATO, JOSE AND NAHUATLATO, ELOY WERE BOTH CHARGED WITH FAIL TO I.D. FUGITIVE

     P11-01856 ~ 1200 NORTH ST. ~ DWLI ~ A SUBJECT WAS CONTACTED ON A TRAFFIC STOP FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. SUBJECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED TX DL AND NO LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE CAR HE WAS OPERATING AT THE TIME OF STOP. A SUMMONS WAS ISSUED FOR DWLI M-B.

     P11-01862 ~ 4600 NORTH ST. ~ THEFT ~ ON 2-5-11, AN OFFICER RESPONDED TO A THEFT COMPLAINT THAT OCCURRED THE NIGHT BEFORE. THE COMPLAINANT STATED THAT WHILE AT A LOCAL NIGHT CLUB AN UNKNOWN ACTOR TOOK HER IPHONE.

     P11-01854 ~ 3400 E MAIN ST. #720 ~ THEFT ~ THE COMP ALLOWED A KNOWN SUSPECT TO STAY AT HER APT FOR THE NIGHT. WHEN SHE AWOKE, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT 400.00 IN CASH WAS MISSING AND THE SUSPECT WAS GONE.

     P11-01871 ~ 4600 NORTH ST. ~ DWLI ~ SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR AT TRAFFIC VIOLATION AND FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DL AND NO INSURANCE. SUSPECT QUIGLEY, SEAN WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE COUNTY JAIL

     P11-01873 ~ 400 WEAVER ST. ~ FOUND PROPERTY ~ COMPLAINANT FOUND A GREEN MONGOOSE BICYCLE IN THE WOODS NEXT TO HIS HOUSE

     P11-01877 ~ 400 W SEALE ST ~ INJURY TO THE ELDERLY ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DISTURBANCE BETWEEN JOSE ARREDONDO AND HIS 74 YEAR OLD FATHER. DURING THE INVESTIGATION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT JOSE KICKED HIS FATHER IN THE LEG CAUSING BODILY INJURY. JOHN WAS TAKEN TO NMH-ER AND JOSE WAS ARRESTED.

     P11-01894 ~ 4800 NORTH ST ~ DWI (2ND) ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A MINOR ACCIDENT AND CONTACTED DEBORAH TOLLETT WHO WAS THE DRIVER OF ONE VEHICLE INVOLVED. SHE WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND ARRESTED.

     P11-01898 ~ 300 E PARKER ST ~ CRIMINAL TRESPASS ~ OFFICERS CONTACTED REGARDING A CRIMINAL TRESPASS. SHE ADVISED THAT AN UNKNOWN MALE SUBJECT WALKED IN HER FRONT DOOR THAT WAS UNLOCKED. SHE YELLED AT THE SUBJECT AND HE FLED ON FOOT. JOSE RAMIREZ WAS IN THE AREA AND MATCHED THE DESCRIPTION. HE WAS INTOXICATED AND BELIEVED HE MAY HAVE WALKED INTO THE WRONG HOUSE LOOKING FOR A FRIEND. COMP ELECTED NOT TO FILE CHARGES, BUT RAMIREZ WAS ARRESTED FOR PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

     P11-01899 ~ 3100 E LAURA LN ~ ASSAULT (FV) ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A FIGHT CALL AND DISCOVERED TIESE BLAKEY PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED HER BOYFRIEND, BERTRAM BROWN, DURING AN ARGUMENT ABOUT MONEY. BLAKEY PUSHED BROWN DOWN ON THE BED AND HE IN TURN HIT HER. BROWN THEN TRIED TO LEAVE AND SHE HIT HIM REPEATEDLY WITH A BB GUN. BLAKEY WAS ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT AND BROWN WAS ARRESTED FOR MUNICIPAL CAPIAS WARRANTS.

     P11-01905 ~ 3200 EVERWOOD TRAIL ~ DEADLY CONDUCT ~ OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A REPORT OF GUNSHOTS HEARD AT THE WOODS OF SFA. COMP REPORTED HEARING TWO GUNSHOTS AT THE END EVERWOOD TRAIL. COMP ALONG WITH OTHER WITNESSES SAW AN UNIDENTIFIED BLACK MALE DISCHARGE A HANDGUN IN THE AIR WHILE STANDING IN A GROUP OF SUBJECTS, THE SUSPECT LEFT PRIOR TO OFFICERS’ ARRIVAL. THREE LIVE ROUNDS AND ONE SPENT SHELL CASING WAS FOUND IN THE AREA.
