November 21 Crime Log: Well isn’t that just the picture of perfect

PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 11.20.10 to 0600 11.21.2010

     P10-20580: 1507 North: Theft: The comp, advised that her Kodak digital camera valued at $150.00 was stolen while she was sitting on the stage at the Anex. There are no suspects.

     P10-20550: 3230 Pearl: Bmv: Unk. suspect entered complainant’s unlocked vehicle and removed two pair of Oakley sunglasses valued at $375.00.

     P10-20549: 2800 Pearl: Hit And Run: The complainant, advised that he was driving his 2004 gray dodge in the 2800 block of Pearl when a black vehicle backed out of a parking space and struck his car.

     P10-20553: 4810 North: Theft: The comp, advised that he observed two black males stealing pellet pistols. One was a juvenile and he was released. The other was James Epps and he was arrested.

     P10-20551: 1507 North: Criminal Trespass: The comp, advised that a known suspect came onto his property this date after a criminal trespass warning had been issued.

     P10-20570: 3100 Austin Woods: Robbery: The complainant, Jeffery Morgan, Advised that he was on Austin Woods looking for a party when a Black Male, later identified as Trunargo Hamilton, struck him in the face knocking him to the ground and then started beating on him. He advised that he remembered nothing after that. During this altercation his girlfriend, Heather Stewart tried to intervene and was also assaulted. Stewarts phone and Morgan’s wallet were stolen during the assault. After the assault Stewart and Morgan fled in a small red car, as they were leaving Morgan fired a 9 mm pistol into the air resulting in officers stopping the vehicle driven by Stewart. Stewart was found to be in possession of marijuana, and arrested Morgan was arrested for DOC; for discharging a firearm in a public. Turnargo Hamilton was arrested for robbery

     P10-20572: 3611 Jefferson: BOH: The complainant, advised that around 2030 he left his residence unsecure to go and eat and when he returned 30 minutes later his $900.00 TV and his $600.00 play station were stolen there are no suspects.

     P10-20590: 2430 SE. Stallings: Criminal Trespass: The comp, advised that Donald Davis came into the store at 2430 SE Stallings after being warned to not return. Officer Nichols observed subject leaving the property and stopped him: the subject was arrested.

     P10-20589: 800 East Starr: DUI. Officer Williams stopped William Rivas for speeding and found him to be under the influence of alcohol and he was a minor and the subject was arrested.
