The 30th Watercolor East Texas juried exhibition will open with a reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, July 26, in The Cole Art Center @ The Old Opera House in downtown Nacogdoches. This year’s juror is Michael Holter, a nationally known artist from Plano who works in watercolor figurative and oil landscapes. Pictured is last year’s WET juried exhibition first place winner, “Monkey On Her Back” by Mary Hooper. The exhibition runs through Aug. 30. The Cole Art Center is located at 329 E.
