It only takes two to tango

PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 23, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 10.22.10 to 0600 10.23.2010

     401 W. Main St. (theft) A male subject was observed taking items off of tables inside the bar. When stopped he had a “Coach” handbag in his pocket with several cell phones. His partner was asking women to dance and the other subject was going behind him taking their property. Both subjects were arrested.

     1200 Cleaver St. (POM) Officers stopped a vehicle for playing loud music. The driver threw a small item out of the window. It was a small plastic bag of marijuana. He was arrested.

     1630 Cardinal St. (Assault FV, POM) Officers responded to a disturbance call. Male subject had got in a pushing match with his common law wife when he came home smelling of alcohol. Officer patted him down and found a small bag of marijuana on him. He was arrested.

     1000 E. Main St. (Assault FV, PI) Officers responded to the front parking lot of the PD to a disturbance. A male subject was in an intoxicated condition. Someone had punched him in the mouth and his ex-girlfriend was taking him to the PD to file charges. He assaulted her in the car because she didn’t do anything to the guy who punched him. The male subject was arrested.

     100 E. Seale St. (DWI) A male subject was stopped for weaving across the center stripe. He was found to be in an intoxicated condition and arrested.

     900 North St. (POM & Warrants) A subject who was a passenger was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant. Officer also found a small bag of marijuana in the subjects sock. He was arrested.
