That’s not what I meant by, “Go away. Shoo”

PUBLIC INFORMATION REPORT FOR MONDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2010
INFORMATION FROM 0600 10.17.10 to 0600 10.18.2010

     BURGLARY OF A HABITATION; 2500 BLOCK OF DAYBREAK. A KNOWN SUSPECT FORCED HER WAY INTO AN APARTMENT DEMANDING MONEY. THE SUSPECT STOLE A PAIR OF SHOES AND FLED. WARRANT REQUESTED.

     THEFT; 4900 BLOCK OF NORTH STREET. UNKNOWN SUSPECT REMOVED A CELLULAR TELEPHONE FROM UNDER THE COUNTER OF A BUSINESS.

     FAILURE TO IDENTIFY; 900 BLOCK OF RUBY STREET.  A SUSPECT WAS STOPPED FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION. THE DRIVER GAVE A FALSE NAME AND WAS ARRESTED.

     INDECENCY WITH A CHILD; 312 WEST MAIN. COMPLAINANT CAME TO THE POLICE STATION. A KNOWN JUVENILE SUSPECT REPORTEDLY TOUCHED AN 8 YEAR OLD CHILD IN A SEXUAL MANNER.

     FAILURE TO STOP AND RENDER AID; 2400 BLOCK OF SOUTH STREET. OFFICERS INVESTIGATED AN AUTO-MOTORCYCLE COLLISION. THE VEHICLE INVOLVED, DESCRIBED AS A GREY OR TAN FORD TRUCK, TURNED IN FRONT OF THE MOTORCYCLE DRIVEN BY RICHARD WILLIS OF NACOGDOCHES. THE TRUCK LEFT THE SCENE, AND WILLIS WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT.

     DWLI; 2000 BLOCK OF RAILROAD. OFFICERS CONTACTED A SUSPECT ON A TRAFFIC STOP. THE DRIVER WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE AND WAS ARRESTED.
