In RE: Deadly Conduct- P12-20240. Shortly before 6:00 am this morning,officers received a call from a man that was jogging on Lanana Creek Trail. He reported that a middle aged white male, dressed in camouflage, had approached him in the rear of Pecan Park at the trail and pointed a deer rifle at him. The suspect reportedly re-entered the wooded area near the trail. Officers closed the trail from Main Street to the rear of Pecan Park. Officers searched the area but no one was located. The trail was reopened at approximately 8:30 this morning. The investigation is continuing.
