On 7-20-2012 an Officer observed a disturbance in the area outside of Hall 16. The Officer made contact with two subjects who were identified as not being students and discovered one of the subjects to be intoxicated to a point of being a danger to himself and others. The subject was arrested for Public Intoxication and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.

On 7-16-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the lobby of UPD in reference to Harassment. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 7-15-2012 he received numerous unwanted phone calls from an unknown subject. There are no suspects.
Friday July 13, 2012 – Monday July 16, 2012
On 7-16-2012 an Officer stopped a vehicle on Wettermark St. for a traffic violation. The Officer discovered the driver and a juvenile in possession of marihuana. The driver was arrested for Possession of Marihuana and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. The Juvenile was referred to Juvenile Probation and released. There are two suspects.
On 7-14-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 7-14-2012 his unattended cell phone was stolen from the third floor men’s restroom at Hall 16. There are no suspects.
On 7-14-2012 an Officer was contacted by a subject on Alumni Dr. The subject advised the Officer that his vehicle was broken into on Pearl St. and had followed the suspect onto campus. The Officer located the suspect near the Music Building. The suspect fled from the Officer on foot, the Officer caught and detained the subject. The subject was arrested for Evading Arrest or Detention and Criminal Trespass and was transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail. There is one suspect.
