On 4-4-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Math Building in reference to Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-4-2012 his unsecure bicycle was stolen from the bike rack at the Math Building. There are no suspects.
Tuesday April 3, 2012 – Wednesday April 4, 2012
On 4-3-2012 an Officer was dispatched to the Parking and Traffic Office in reference to a Theft. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-2-2012 a subject exited the Student Center Parking Garage without paying. There are no suspects.

Friday March 30, 2012 – Monday April 2, 2012
On 4-1-2012 an Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for a traffic violation on East College St. The driver of the vehicle was a minor that had been consuming alcohol. The subject was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and transported to the Nacogdoches County Jail without incident. There is one suspect.
On 4-1-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 10 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 4-1-2012 unknown person(s) placed toilet paper and sticky notes in the hallways, staircases and on residence’s doors in Hall 10. There are no suspects.
On 3-30-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Griffith Hall in reference to a Drug Complaint. Upon arrival the Officer located a subject in possession of marihuana. There is one suspect.
On 3-30-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Hall 16 in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with the complainant, who advised on 3-30-2012 an unknown subject broke the glass to the fire extinguisher box on the first floor of Hall 16. There are no suspects.
On 3-30-2012 an Officer was dispatched to Griffith Blvd. in reference to a Criminal Mischief. Upon arrival the Officer made contact with a witness who advised on 3-30-2012 he observed four subjects pushing a shopping cart and strike a vehicle with the shopping cart on Griffith Blvd, the subjects left the area before identification could be made. There are no suspects.
