SFA music faculty to present chamber music ‘Coleidoscope’

    Members of the Stephen F. Austin State University music faculty will present music by Stefan Cwik, Darius Milhaud, Ferenc Farkas and others during “Coleidoscope” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 29, in Cole Concert Hall on the SFA campus.

    “The recital’s title reflects my colleagues and my wish to honor our invaluable patrons, Ed and Gwen Cole, during this kaleidoscope of chamber music,” said cellist Dr. Evgeni Raychev, the event’s organizer.

    Joining Raychev will be violinist Jennifer Dalmas, flutist Christina Guenther, clarinetist Christopher Ayer, bassoonist Susan Nelson and pianists Geneva Fung and Ron Petti.

    The performance is part of the SFA School of Music’s Cole Performing Arts Series. Cole Concert Hall is located in the Wright Music Building, 2210 Alumni Drive.
